Using the Site The Wedding List Company is dedicated to providing unsurpassed service to bridal couples and their guests. We are the first specialist bridal registry to operate in Australia and have close to four years experience in providing bridal registry services. Purchase Order * You can place an order on this web site by following the "Buy a Gift" links to select the bridal couple, the gift and by pressing the "Submit these details to confirm your order" button. Non-acceptance of an order may be the result of one of the following: The Wedding List Company will not refund any product purchased where such product is also purchased from another supplier. Up to the date of delivery, the price of special items such as cars are subject to change (even after online payment is received and confirmed), any change in the price will need to be settled prior to delivery. The currency converter displays an estimate only of the currency you have chosen and you will be billed in Australian dollars. We are not liable for any difference in the estimated currency and the actual billed amount. Delivery Charge The Wedding List Company charges guests a wrapping and handling fee of $5 to $10 per order depending on the couples requested delivery location. The Wedding List Company may charge other fees as specified by The Wedding List Company. Gifts Warranty, service and support of products are provided directly to you by the manufacturer and supplier of the product. Subject to any rights which may not be excluded or limited, The Wedding List Company makes no representations or warranties regarding any products. Where an item is discontinued by a supplier after purchase, The Wedding List Company will offer a similar item alternative. Delivery to Bridal Couple The Wedding List Company will deliver your Order to the bridal couple at the date and time agreed with the bridal couple (normally 6 - 8 weeks after the wedding). Unless otherwise agreed, all gifts purchased from a wedding list will be held by The Wedding List Company for dispatch directly to the bridal couple in one delivery. Cancelled Weddings In the event of a cancelled wedding, the bride and groom must provide written confirmation to freeze the list. The Wedding List Company will refund the money to guests if authorised to do so by both members of the couple. This will be subject to an administrative charge amounting to 10% of the money to be refunded which will be charged to the bridal couple.
