This information will not be sold or released to 3rd parties unless such disclosure is required by the law or to outsource to companies who will be required to hold such information. This includes but is not limited to hosting servers and mail houses. Your information may be used from time to time for communication from The Wedding List Company.
Customers are to immediately report to The Wedding List Company if they believe there has been a breach of their privacy.
Security Policy
The Wedding List Company has created a secure transaction environment for the transmission of credit card details. This site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the latest industry standard encryption, to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your credit card information under our control.

The Wedding List Company uses the ANZ Bank secure credit card payment system to process all internet based orders. Upon successful completion of the processing of internet orders, your credit card details will be deleted from the site.
Using the Site
The Wedding List Company is dedicated to providing unsurpassed service to bridal couples and their guests. We are the first specialist bridal registry to operate in Australia and have close to four years experience in providing bridal registry services. Purchase Order
* You can place an order on this web site by following the "Buy a Gift" links to select the bridal couple, the gift and by pressing the "Submit these details to confirm your order" button.
* If you have entered an email address you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Alternatively, an order confirmation will be posted to you.
* The bride and groom will be able to view purchases completed at any given time.
* The Wedding List Company will if requested, allow the bridal couple to exchange any goods purchased by you.
Non-acceptance of an order may be the result of one of the following:
* The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
* Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
* The identification of a pricing or product description error.
Price of Goods and Payment
In line with the major Australian department stores, prices are at recommended retail in Australian dollars and include GST.
The Wedding List Company will not refund any product purchased where such product is also purchased from another supplier.
Up to the date of delivery, the price of special items such as cars are subject to change (even after online payment is received and confirmed), any change in the price will need to be settled prior to delivery.
The currency converter displays an estimate only of the currency you have chosen and you will be billed in Australian dollars. We are not liable for any difference in the estimated currency and the actual billed amount.
Delivery Charge
The Wedding List Company charges guests a wrapping and handling fee of $5 to $10 per order depending on the couples requested delivery location. The Wedding List Company may charge other fees as specified by The Wedding List Company.
Gifts
Warranty, service and support of products are provided directly to you by the manufacturer and supplier of the product. Subject to any rights which may not be excluded or limited, The Wedding List Company makes no representations or warranties regarding any products. Where an item is discontinued by a supplier after purchase, The Wedding List Company will offer a similar item alternative.
Delivery to Bridal Couple
The Wedding List Company will deliver your Order to the bridal couple at the date and time agreed with the bridal couple (normally 6 - 8 weeks after the wedding). Unless otherwise agreed, all gifts purchased from a wedding list will be held by The Wedding List Company for dispatch directly to the bridal couple in one delivery.
Cancelled Weddings
In the event of a cancelled wedding, the bride and groom must provide written confirmation to freeze the list. The Wedding List Company will refund the money to guests if authorised to do so by both members of the couple. This will be subject to an administrative charge amounting to 10% of the money to be refunded which will be charged to the bridal couple.
Restrictions on Use
A user of this web site without the prior written consent of The Wedding List Company must not:
* Use this web site for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with the Terms & Conditions;
* Copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, frame, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify upload to, create derivative works from, transmit or in any way exploit this web site, except as permitted by the Terms & Conditions or by applicable law;
* Interfere or disrupt networks connected to this web site;
* Use, transfer, distribute or dispose of information contained in this web site in any manner that would compete with the business of The Wedding List Company;
* Post any information from this web site to a newsgroup, chat room or discussion board; or
* Use this web site or information in a manner that breaches any applicable privacy leg
